Our Opening Feeding

This is a Seafood Jack Daniels Bloody Mary – presenting a centerpiece giant margarita glass containing split shelled grilled lobster tails, lump crab, grape tomatoes, sliced sweet pepper rings, fresh mozzarella balls, celery, candied and peppered crisped bacon, lime wedges, and jumbo shrimp – all bathed in a Tabasco spicy horse radish bloody mary mix with Jack Daniels. Standing in a bedding of old bay and beer steamed blue claw crabs, and snow crab legs. Shown displayed in a hand turned Douglass Fir bowl by Artisans of the Valley.

The bowl is a historic Roebling beam – salvaged from the old Roebling cable factories. It is hand turned and sealed with West Systems Epoxy to ensure a food safe surface.
