Roasted Quail Egg Oysters

Shown here – are a beautiful dozen oysters roasted in a custom cast iron oyster tray – stuffed with sautéed peppers, onions, and mushrooms with olive oil, butter, salt, black pepper, and balsamic vinegar. Topped with a fresh quail egg, bacon, and parmesan cheese. Paired with twin oyster shooters – Ciroc Vodka, Peter Luger’s steak sauce, a squeeze of lime, a stalk of celery, and a fresh shucked oyster with all the juices you can get!
