Sunday Snack

Sunday snack day has arrived. Preparing for late night grazing.

Having a nice salad with mixed pickled peppers sweet and mild hot … shredded Vidalia onions, cabbage, and carrots. Quartered cocktail tomatoes. Candied bacon, and shredded parmesean,  ramano,  and agiano cheese. Generously sprinkled in cracked four corners pepper.

Lightly smoked salmon dry rubbed in smoked salt and pepper and honey and lime crystals then seared. Paired with buttercrisp crackers and smoked gouda.

A simple boneless bambi roast with smoked salt and pepper as well seared a hardwood fire.

Salt and pepper and olive oil rubbed cabbage steaks grilled.

A ginormous roasted Idaho russet spud that was then split and cross hatched and pan fried in olive oil and butter with salt and pepper.

And finally a summer treat of steamed blue claw crab over beer sprinkled with old bay seasoning. Served with melted browned butter.
